Instep is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Behavioural Healthcare provider affiliated with Wellness Solutions to broaden the scope of services offered to our clients. Wellness programmes focus on strategies to enhance wellness at an organisational level, stress management initiatives and increases levels of resiliency within individuals. EAP programmes concentrate on substance abuse in the workplace, depression, family dysfunction and lifestyle difficulties.
