Corporate Wellness Consulting
The Amendment to the Health and Safety in Employment Act has prompted many managers to consider how best to address issues of stress and wellness in their workplaces. We advise on strategic approaches to stress prevention, policies and best practices plus how to implement healthy work programmes.
Risk Assessment: Wellness Evaluation And Stress Mapping
For a wellness programme to be really effective, there needs to be adequate risk assessment. A strategy is needed that asks questions before giving answers. Integral to our services is a diagnostic survey that identifies and measures the levels and sources of stress in the workplace, individual coping skills and levels of resiliency.
As a component of our survey we use leading-edge stress mapping tools which have been extensively tested for validity and reliability. On the basis of our findings we recommend strategies to reduce stressors intrinsic to the workplace and design employee-directed programmes to raise levels of wellness.
Training Programmes
