Stephen Archer - Director
Stephen is a consultant, coach and trainer who advises on strategic approaches to workplace wellness, and facilitates healthy work and stress prevention programmes. He has been involved with Health and Safety and HR initiatives in New Zealand forestry, aviation and fishing, prisons, government departments and the mental health sector. He also facilitates mindfulness-based workplace training programmes and residential retreats, and has led workshops in UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Rachel Tobin - Director
Rachel is a facilitator, mentor, coach and trainer in communication skills, wellness & stress prevention, NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) and improving morale and effectiveness in teams. Her most recent work has been in the health sector, government departments, financial organisations and tertiary institutions. Rachel is also an internationally-qualified teacher of chi kung, a Chinese system widely used to enhance health and vitality, and teaches regular classes and retreats.

Lucy Schwabe - Associate
Lucy is a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, with over ten years experience incorporating mindfulness-based techniques in her work with individuals and organisations. She facilitates stress reduction programmes in the workplace, health sector and community centres. Lucy holds a national certificate in adult education, is a qualified acupuncturist and Chinese medical practitioner, and offers clinical supervision at the NZ School of Acupuncture.

Dr. Jan Lavery - Associate
Jan is a general practitioner working in Wellington for the past 15 years, including a multicultural community health service. She has an interest in mind-body interactions and their influence upon healing. Jan believes incorporating Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programmes into health care are a key ingredient in helping people with stress, pain and illness.
